It ain’t over ’til it’s over!
On the 27th Jonathan Mays spotted a Forster’s Tern from Palm Point. On the 29th, Adam Zions was at Palm Point in hopes of seeing the tern when he saw a dark-morph Short-tailed Hawk. The hawk was still there a few minutes ago when Marie Zeglen dropped in to look for a Yellow-throated Warbler. So if you need one more bird on your list, or if you’ve never seen a Short-tailed Hawk, here’s your chance.
Remember to get your final tallies to me by midnight tonight.
